 Plum Clafouti
Ingredients

100g plain flour
100g caster sugar
3 medium eggs
300ml semi skimmed milk
25g butter
4-6 plums (depending on size)
Icing sugar

Method

Oven temp 200deg C
Sieve flour into bowl add sugar.
Add eggs gradually and beat until smooth Slowly add milk until it is incorporated.
Melt butter, brush inside of dish(23cmx23cm),add rest of butter to mixture .
Pour a little batter into the dish, pop into oven and cook for 5mins.
Then add plum halves and the rest of the batter mixture. cook for 30minsor until risen and golden brown,(may take less if you have a fan oven).
Dust with icing sugar, serve with cream, ice cream or plain yoghurt The choice is yours, enjoy!
