 Rhubarb Dip Delight!
A refreshing fruit sauce that can be served over delicious desserts as a dip or as a breakfast topping on cereal.

4 cups rhubarb, chopped in 1/2 pieces

1/2 cup sugar
-
2 tablespoons water

Preparation Time : 15 minutes
Cooking Time : 15 minutes

Wash rhubarb and chop into 1/2 pieces.
In a pan, add rhubarb, sugar, and water. Bring to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Reduce and simmer. Simmer until rhubarb is soft and slightly thickened for about 10 mins, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and leave to cool. Serve hot or cold as desired and enjoy.
