  Bramley Apple & Pork Bake
Ingredients:

450g/1lb washed potatoes cut into wedges
2 small red onions
4-8 whole cloves garlic unpeeled
2 tbsp olive oil
450g/1lb (approx3) bramley apples cored & sliced into wedges
4 lean pork steaks
1tbsp fresh sage leaves or 1 tsp dried sage

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200c//400f /gas mark 6
Place potatoes onion garlic & oil in large roasting tray.
Toss together & season with salt & black pepper bake for 15 mins.
Remove from oven.
Stir in the bramley slices & lay pork slices on top.
Season & sprinkle over the sage & then return to oven & bake for a further 20 mins or until pork is golden & the bramleys & veg are tender.
Serve with green vegtables of your choice.
