 Tomato (Cherry) Tart
Ingredients:

Ready rolled puff pastry
3tbsp Fresh pesto
150g Halved cherry tomatoes
4tbsp Pitted olives
75g Feta cheese
Black pepper
Basil Leaves (Optional)

Method:

Place pastry onto baking sheet & score around the pastry 2cm from edge (do not cut through).
Spread pesto over the pastry upto the scored edge.
Scatter tomatoes & olives over the pastry.
Sprinkle with cheese & season with black pepper.
Bake for 15-20 mins 200c/180c fan/Gas 6.
Serve hot or cold with salad.
Add fresh basil leaves if desired.
