Mayonnaise, 1 or 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice, a big squeeze
Tabasco sauce, a couple of shakes
Worcestershire sauce, a couple of shakes
Saltpepper if required.

Remove the skin and stone from the avocados.
Add the mayo, lemon juice and sauces.
If you like a coarse texture, you can mash with a fork.
If you like it a bit finer, a quick wizz with a hand blender will give a nice texture.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
