 Plum Pudding
Ingredients:

450g plums, sliced
100g sugar
25g flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1tbsp lemon juice
1 9 inch unbaked deep pastry case

Topping:

100g sugar
60g flour
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 ground nutmeg
50g cold butter or margarine

Method:

Heat oven to 375f / 190c / gas mark 5
In a bowl combine the plums, sugar, flour, salt, gound cinnamon & lemon juice anf then pour into the pastry case.

Topping:

Combine the sugar, flour cinnamon & nutmeg in a small bowl.
Add the butter and rub mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Sprinkle over filling and bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
Cover the edges of the crust for the last 20 minutes to preven over browning
