 Plums - Roasted
Ingredients:

680g plums , pitted and sliced
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup orange juice

Method:

Preheat oven to 220c / gas mark 7
Lay sliced pluns in an 8 inch square baking dish.
Combine sugar, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg and sprinkle over the plums.
Drizzle orange juice on top and toss gently.
Cover with foil and roast for 20 minutes.

Serve with your choice of yoghurt, cream or icecream
